ANDREA H. MASSA, Andy passed away in 2004. He had been a Certified Public Accountant for more than forty years and organized the predecessor firm in November, 1959, after employment by Hadfield, Rothwell, Soule and Coates, CPA's and Ernst & Ernst for ten years.

JOHN J. PRENDERGAST, CPA graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1973. He worked for two "big eight" accounting firms and one large local accounting firm for several years. He established his own firm in 1986 and concentrated his efforts in taxation matters of small business and individual clients until becoming a founding member of this firm. He has lived in the greater Hartford area all his life. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past president of the Exchange Club of West Hartford and has been involved in numerous other professional and charitable organizations. He also coached various youth sports for many years in West Hartford .

KAREN J. KANE - Enrolled Agent,graduated from Northwestern Connecticut Community College in 1978 with an Associates Degree in Secretarial Sciences with a concentration in business. In 1980, Karen earned an Associates Degree in Behavioral Sciences. Karen began her career as a Secretary, moving to Office Manager/Bookkeeper in 1982.

DAWN M. G. BERTOLI - Paraprofessional, received her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Bay Path Junior college . She has worked as a paraprofessional in the accounting field for more than 15 years.

AMY KOEHLER - Receptionist, attended Central Connecticut State University and Fox School of Business. She has extensive experience dealing with the public
